Object theater with surprises – toys, puppets, and mechanical constructions, inspired by the children’s book “Corduroy” by Don Freeman.
What happens after closing hours at the mall?
A kindhearted security guard goes on an adventure with a teddy bear who is missing a button on his trousers.
Will the button be found before dawn? Come and find out for yourselves!
Review
A sweet toy of a show, full of innocence, humor and magic. Inspired by the book by Don Freeman, it was created by actor Shachar Marom, who also designed the set in the object theater tradition. As the sole actor, Marom successfully carries the show, creating a colorful and enchanting atmosphere. The audience can see how much he enjoys playing with the toys, reminding the five-and-a-half-year-old girl of her old toys which come to life with their familiar voices and movements.Tal Gordon, HaBama website
