Surpise is “boo” from behind the door. Surprise is eating something that looks sweet but is actually sour… a joke and a mystery and the end of a tall tale, and a music box that suddenly comes out of it… Surprise. Entering a mountain of garbage and reaching a fancy house, kissing a frog – and coming out with a prince, the end is surprising and sometimes the beginning, too. And hey, when was the last time you surprised yourself?

At Liberty Bell Park in Jerusalem, a gate awaits you, and behind it… a Surprise! Not one but many…  

You are invited to wander, taste, stop, bounce, experience and participate in the surprise fair: installations, shows, movement and sound and more interdisciplinary original art surprises, created by over twenty artists. 

Among the creations: a potion-brewing station where different strange-colored flavors mix together according to the power of the stars; an “open house” at the Academy of Professional Surprise – APS. The mystery of the golden eggs Miriam received, giant bouncing surprise bags and inside – you, a legendary birthday cake we’ll have to keep and avoid touching by any means… a colorful tree to get lost in, a peculiar box that lands in the park, and which you can go out of… we will say no more, it’s a surprise!
