The beloved fable is presented using three drums, three flutes and a guitar, two storytellers and whimsical songs. The musical instruments are the heroes of the story. They are the characters, the set, and the melody. As metaphorical objects they inspire the imagination, and can be watched as well as listened to. From different viewpoints their shapes and meanings change as well.
