Let’s make a crazy sandwich! We can add some cheese, a carrot and maybe some tomatoes, lettuce leaves - and perhaps a tiny worm? Two or three pickled cucumbers and a cute bat? What about some watermelon, or a car or whatever you want. One thing for sure, there will be some red herrings!
